What you buy
Stikprøve 9 is standard software. You buy access to a tool.
We deliver no advice, and we perform no review.
Responsibility for the review
BEK 549 bilag 1 pkt. 9 requires another energy consultant to review the energy label.
The reviewing energy consultant holds the responsibility. The dossier prepares the work.
What the product does not do
We do not edit an energy label. We report nothing to Energistyrelsen.
We say nothing about whether an energy label is right or wrong.
Comparison with ABR 18
ABR 18 § 15 stk. 5 covers the liability of advisers. We use the provision as a comparison.
The provision is not agreed between us, and it is untested on software of this kind.
Prices and cancellation
Prices are in Danish kroner without VAT. VAT is 25 percent.
